Welcome to Karel Kuran Photography

These pages have been created to showcase some of my work. You will find a selection of photographs taken in various countries around the world over past few years. My main interest is landscape photography and you will see that it dominates my portfolio. The photos on this site are just a selection of my work and are updated regularly.

I have a wide selection of images available to view on my FLICKR site, and these are updated daily. Another way to keep up-to-date with my work is to become a fan of my Facebook page, which will allow you to receive automatic updates about new images added to my site and updates on my current work.

Week of Life is an international project where people from around the world post 9 of their pictures for each day for an entire week. The whole idea behind the project came from Czech photographer Adolf Zika and you can more read about the concept here.

Taking pictures from the plane
